With handmade fresh pasta from our kitchen in Bologna, locally prepared sauces made with imported ingredients, and easy-to-follow cooking instructions, our kits are available through UOVO Mobile and Postmates for pick-up or delivery.

General Safety Measures
Measures We Implemented
> All staff wear masks and gloves, and they are required to sanitize and/or wash their hands each time they change gloves. They will also change gloves after every time after handling a credit card or cash.
> Hand sanitizer is available for guests and staff in all of our restaurants.
> We have implemented additional sanitization of high-volume points of contact (door handles, faucets, etc.).
> We have added an extra sanitization process after the end-of-the-night cleaning.
> We have implemented an extra sanitization step after each routine bathroom and restaurant cleaning.
> We have added more frequent sanitization of every iPad and touch screen.
> We have increased the use of sanitizer spray.
> We have increased the frequency of bathroom cleaning.
> We have reiterated with our staff all recommendations for health and safety to ensure that they are well-versed and adherent to the best practices.
> We are stapling our to-go bags shut for each delivery order, and our boxes, as always, are sealed with stickers.
> If guests enter the restaurant for pick-up orders, we have devised a contactless way to give them their food in order to maintain social distance.
> In order to ensure people do not come to work if they are sick, we implemented an Emergency Sick Leave policy that pays our people if they have virus-like symptoms. This pay is in addition to any existing sick leave our people have.
> We have created a set of COVID-19 specific procedures including an emergency shutdown procedure in the event a restaurant needs to close temporarily.

• When guests or delivery drivers enter the restaurant, we have implemented contactless measures to give them their food in order to maintain social distance.
• We are stapling shut our to-go bags for each delivery order.
• We have introduced curbside pickup, so guests do not have to come into the restaurant.
• All chefs and staff wear masks and gloves, and they are required to sanitize and/or wash their hands each time they change gloves.
• Hand sanitizer is available for guests and staff in all our restaurants at the point of pick-up and in kitchens.

Social Distancing Policy
Keeping your distance.
When you are waiting for your pick-up order, please maintain a social distance of six feet between you and other people. Those that do not follow this policy will be asked to leave.
Bottom line: It doesn’t matter where you are getting your food, whether from a grocery store, from us, or from another option; when you are waiting in line, you MUST practice social distance.
Social Distancing while dining with us:
- Have reduced seating – and detailed seating plans – to allow for social distancing between parties as required by the health department.
- Abide by new protocols to reduce contact between guests and staff throughout the dining experience.
- Have hand sanitizer stations available for staff and guests.
- Provide guests with single-use paper menus.
- A maximum of 6 people per table and that everyone sharing a table must be from the same household.
